What is Panellify?

Panellify is a global Social Media Marketing (SMM) platform that provides automated services such as followers, likes, views, comments, and other engagement tools for popular social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

Is Panellify safe to use?

Yes. All our services are automated and API-based, designed to work within platform limits. We never request passwords or personal data.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes. You must create a free account to access the dashboard, add funds, and manage your orders.

Which social networks do you support?

We support Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter (X), Telegram, Facebook, Spotify, and many others. The list grows continuously.

How can I add funds to my account?

You can add funds via crypto payment gateways like CoinPayments, Perfect Money, and more (depending on region). Payments are usually processed instantly.

What currencies are supported?

All balances are shown in USD, but you can pay using multiple crypto options like BTC, ETH, LTC, or USDT.

My payment is completed but not added to my balance. What should I do?

Please contact our support team with your transaction ID or payment hash, and we’ll review it within 12–24 hours.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only available as credit to your Panellify balance for unfulfilled or failed orders.

Can I withdraw my balance?

No. Deposited funds can only be used for purchasing services within Panellify.

How do I place an order?

After logging in, go to the New Order page, select a service category, paste your post or profile link, enter the quantity, and click Submit Order.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time varies depending on the service. Each service description includes its estimated start and completion time.

My order status says “Partial” or “Canceled.” What does it mean?

If a service could not be fully delivered, the remaining balance will automatically be refunded to your account.

Can I place multiple orders for the same link?

We don’t recommend placing overlapping orders for the same link at the same time — it may cause delays or incorrect counts.

Are your services real?

We provide both high-quality (HQ) and regular options. Some services use real engagement, while others are for promotional and testing purposes. Each service clearly lists its quality type.

Does Panellify have an API?

Yes. You can integrate your own panel or reselling system using our full API documentation, available in your account dashboard.

Where can I find my API key?

Your unique API key is available in your profile settings under the “API” section.

Can I resell your services?

Absolutely! Many of our clients use Panellify as their main provider. You can connect via API or place manual orders.

Do you need my social media password?

No. We never ask for passwords. Only the public link (URL) of your post or profile is required.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use SSL encryption and strict privacy protection policies. Your data will never be shared with third parties.

Can my account get banned for using these services?

We recommend using moderate quantities and realistic growth patterns to minimize risk. All our services are designed to be as safe as possible.

What happens if I overpay or send the wrong amount?

If you send more than required, the excess amount will be credited to your account balance.

My transaction is pending — what should I do?

Crypto payments sometimes need additional confirmation. Please wait up to 30 minutes, or contact support if it takes longer.
